The meaningful word of PANCAR in Bahasa Malaysia is heredity, refers to the genetic heritage passed down by our biological parents. Symbolised the desire for legacy is somewhat universally seeded in human being, often connected with having children and passing knowledge or wisdom onto them.
PANCAR was established in 2010 as Occupational Skills Academy in the northern region of Malaysia offering national recognised qualifications. Since its founding over decades ago, PANCAR has undergone significant growth, strengthening the quality of its wide range of programmes from basic to industrial recognition level.
It is one of the established private tertiary education recognised by JPK Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran Kementerian Sumber Manusia, Malaysia located in Arau, Perlis. Currently, PANCAR has a small amount population of students across its campuses.
PANCAR is recognised as The first Cellular Phone Repair Academy that fulfilling our society’s needs in Northern Malaysia.
